Shipping policy

RACHYCLOTHINGS reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

Once we receive your order, we wait for the processing period, once it clears, your ORDER'S business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with around/on the 4 OR 5 business days.

Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system. Regular shipping within the U.S. takes 1-3 business days, while shipping outside the U.S. takes between 5 & 7 business days.

WHAT ARE BUSINESS DAYS?

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Expedited shipping is not available for these items. If you'd like to cancel your order for a full refund before your order ships, contact customer service on info @rachyclothingsofficial@gmail.com

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.

WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED & IF IT FINALLY SHIPPED AND RETURNED TO US WE MIGHT CHARGE YOU TO RESHIP.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday  (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or holidays.

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.
